Pelvic Physical Therapy

Pelvic physical therapy is a specialized area of physical therapy that focuses on the muscles, joints, and connective tissue in and around the pelvis. Pelvic Physical Therapy helps treat conditions such as pelvic pain, incontinence, prolapse, constipation, and dysfunction related to pregnancy and postpartum. In addition, select orthopedic conditions are also treated on a case by case basis.

Hi, I’m Kim!

I am excited to work with you! A proud Moscow native, I’ve had the privilege of serving patients throughout the greater Palouse region for nearly 20 years. I am a University of Idaho graduate and earned my Doctor of Physical Therapy from Eastern Washington University and went on to earn my Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification (PRPC) in 2019.

I’m thrilled to now offer care through my own practice, specializing in pelvic rehabilitation for women. I’m passionate about helping others navigate pelvic dysfunction, pelvic pain, pregnancy-related symptoms, and postpartum recovery — so they can get back to living life fully and confidently.

With a strong foundation in orthopedics, advanced manual therapy training, and over a decade of focused experience in pelvic health, I work with each patient to uncover the root cause of their symptoms. Whether the case is straightforward or highly complex, I find great purpose in providing personalized, compassionate, and evidence-based care.
